Serial entrepreneur with multiple exits. Purpose-led to democratise advisory for SMBs. Decades of experience supporting small and medium businesses. Leads the commercial direction and growth strategy for Backable Group.

Elana Harari

Co-Founder & Chief of Staff

One exit and over two decades in SMBs, with hundreds of businesses supported. Oversees day-to-day operations, cross-functional coordination, internal processes, and the operational infrastructure that supports the platform's growth.

Tas Tudor

Head of Research and Development

Decades of advisory experience spanning audit, M&A, and SME consulting. Built and sold his own advisory firm, worked with ASX-listed companies. The methodology at the heart of The Analyst is the product of that career. Leads product strategy, technical direction, and AI/ML development.

Joe Wojcik

Head of Corporate Partnerships

Over three decades in sales, partnerships, and SMB general management. Works directly with accounting firms, advisory practices, and strategic partners to build the distribution network that takes The Analyst to market.

Jacqui Bloom

Head of Investment

Extensive experience in capital raising, Board Director, and Investment Committee roles. Over 25 years working with SMBs across strategic investment and growth.

Kamran Ali

Lead Developer

Leads the engineering team responsible for The Analyst's platform infrastructure. From cloud deployment architecture to frontend portal systems, he ensures the technology is robust, scalable, and production-ready.

Utkarsh

AI & ML Lead

Leads the machine learning and AI engine development that powers the multi-engine analysis system. From the voice agent pipeline to scoring and semantic analysis engines, his work ensures the platform's intelligence layer delivers consistent, accurate outputs.

Bibek Shrestha

Developer

Contributes to the platform's ongoing development, working across the stack to build and refine the features that advisors and their clients interact with daily.

Backable Group

The Analyst is built by Backable Group (formerly Philotimo Global), a Melbourne-based company developing AI-powered strategic intelligence for the SME market. Founded in 2015, the group operates two products: Backable.ai, a direct-to-market platform for business owners, and The Analyst, a comprehensive strategic intelligence platform for advisors, investors, and their clients.

The team is driven by a simple conviction: that the kind of strategic insight previously reserved for large corporates with big consulting budgets should be accessible to every business and every advisor that's serious about making better decisions.
